Update Qnap package

We have upload Serviio 1.8.32 to QTS 4.2.0~4.2.3 and 1.8.64 to QTS 4.3.x.

Since this is only a workaround for now. Next time you may consider to merge these two build into one. And every time while the start script start, link to the correct binary.

Do you mean to have still x86 and x86_64 builds, but the x86 package to include 32 and 64 binaries and point to them depending on the HW architecture in runtime?

Yes.

Since QTS 4.3.x will only supports 64bit libraries, we might need to consider the compatibility when user upgrade from QTS 4.x to QTS 4.3. Before we could merge two builds into one, we have need to separate the qpkg version in order to notify user to upgrade to the 64bit build.

reverting back to only 1 32 bit and 64 bit qnap package; may reconsider if we are back in the store at some point
