Socket Port Conflicts With Other Applications

After encountering difficulties opening a socket connection on one of our machines, I found that Steam (used for VR), McAfee, and NVIDIA all use port 30000 for communications. A new port (such as 30002, as it was not being used on the computer in question) should be used.

The port has been changed to 30007 in the latest commit.
