Filtering Rigid Body Transformations makes all coordinates NaN
The filtering function does not appear to be working. All coordinates for all markers in the exported filtered Rigid Body Transformation csv file are NaN despite being valid coordinates in the unfiltered case. Filtered rigid body constellation does not animate in marker tracking workspace either.

Hi Nathan,
The cutoff has to be smaller than the framerate. Can you test again with a cutoff of 50 and let me know if it worked?

Tried 50 Hz, and still not working.

Hi Nathan,
I tried to download the videos, but they seem to be the wrong ones. 11-11 instead of 11-08. Can you upload the correct ones.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Nathan,
Sorry, has to be less than half the framerate. So 49 is okay.

Hi Nathan. Did you define a filter frequency? Can you send an xma-file? Ben
