Missing tracked points

In an attempt to change the calibration for two of my four cameras (My study is using both light and x-ray cameras to compare the tracking ability of external markers) I created a new calibration dataset file. When I tried to import the xma-file into my new calibration dataset only the points tracked in cameras 1 and 2 appear even though I specified camera 3 and 4.

Things to look for in the image - In the points file only a few points have maintained their tracked data - Those same tracked points are the ones that appear on the video window
