Marker misalignment
Marker placement is extremely off between x-ray cameras and light ray cameras in some trials but not for others. For these specific cases the blue lines used for estimation of marker placement consistently expect the placement of markers, tracked in the light cameras, to be floating in space. More accurately, markers tracked by light ray cameras are shifted some fixed distance off the body of the animal.

Hi JJ, This seems to me like a calibration issue due to the refraction of the water. That some trials are correct and some not also makes sense as the influence of the refraction will change depending on how far away the marker is from the refractive surface. Ben

Issue is related to the data and the underwater refraction and not a bug in XMALab
