One camera X-ray calibration?

I was recently working with single plane X-ray for a preliminary study on flounder. I would like to get calibrated, undistorted 2D coordinates from this dataset. Is that possible?

Hi Beth,

What do you mean with calibrated 2d coordinates. You should be able to export undistorted 2D points with the export ->2d points.

The calibration however does not affect 2d points and is only important if you work in 3D.
