Export undistorted and filtered trial images

Hi Ben,

Now that the filter is on by default, can we have it on by default for exporting undistorted image sequences as well? If you don’t want to add another dialog box to ask, perhaps leave it to the user to uncheck the filtering box before export if they don’t want filtering?
