Allow visualization of marker-to-marker distances for virtual points in the Plot Window

Might be nice to show virtual markers in the points window with all other points. But that is not essential. Main thing is for them to appear in the drop down when selecting marker pairs in the Plot Window. It would also be nice for virtual points to appear in the exported marker-to-marker distances, but that is not essential either.

Hi Beth,

I only added the virtual points to the second drop down box in the plotwindow. This allows to check for marker to marker distances without too many code changes. Adding them as well to the first would have required much more changes. I also checked if it is possible to add them as normal points but it would require much more changes.
