Cannot calibrate more than 1 pair of calibration cube images

E. Brainerd created an issue

In XMALab 2.0.1 the calibration fails when we try to calibrate more than one pair of calibration cube images. Users have tested this on both Mac OS and Windows computers and have the same failure.
