Shift marker tracking data to a different marker or change marker index number

I sometimes find that I have gotten my markers mixed up (the most common mistake I make is right/left mixups). I'd like to keep the index values for each marker constant to make it easier to analyze the data later with the code I have written. It would be great if instead of having to redigitize if I could either 1) reassign the digitizations of certain frames to a different marker or 2) edit the index value to reassign all digitized frames to a different index value.
