Reprojection error does not update when opening a file.

In 1.3.8 and several versions before the 3D points do not calculate when open file. Have to push Force Update. Sometimes 3D points and all related plots are missing, and sometimes just the reprojection error does not show up. Example file attached -- reprojection error does not show up.
