Camera View Option

Issue #7 resolved
Morgan Turner created an issue

In camera view selection, give the option for Camera 1 and Camera 2 side by side. When x-ray tracking, don’t want to see light cameras taking up space.

<2h Just hiding would be quicker, but i will have to take care that the images are not loaded and rendered so that you gain a speedup in processing. This is why 2h estimate.

To hide cameras an extra option/dialog will be required next/or within the view setting in the upper right corner.

    Open questions:

    • Do we need to save the information in the xma-file or does it have to be set every time?
    • Is the setting on a per trial basis or on the whole project.

My suggestion: Not saved in xma, but valid as long as the whole project is open (all trials). In this way it is similar to the view options. E.g One idea would be to have a custom view setting which has to be defined when selected, e.g. which cameras do you want to see etc. (New question: do we want to save these custom views?)

I like the idea of just being able to hide any camera. If I get good tracking in one view but need to do a lot of adjusting in the 2nd camera, It seems like a waste to keep loading both frames and details for both cameras. I would like to be able to have only one video and its detail update (assuming this would increase speed)

fixes #7: The user can now select which cameras are visible. Hidden cameras will not be tracked and their images not loaded which results in a speedup. Also removed the single camera options in the views as these are not needed anymore
