Configures several maya settings for XROMM.

Only needs to be run the first time Maya is opened.

• changes settings to Z-up world
• sets perspective cameras to tumble on object
• hides ViewCube
• changes to background color to to remove gradient
• sets Playback to all cameras, continuous looping
• sets Maya to native operating system dialog interface
• if the icon bars on panels are on, turns them off

Note: typing XROMMmayaConfigReverse in the command line will reverse these settings.
