Message log doesn't scroll all the way up

For the latest message. You have to scroll up manually to see it everytime. It can get pretty annoying.

Just rephrasing the original message since I can't edit it.

When the message log reaches to the top of the screen (gets full), any new message will get cut off. Even if one scrolls up to see the latest message, it will continue doing the same thing.
