AWHM3 T/F Alpha 3 heads home too early

T/F Alpha 3 is a close escort of T/B MU. The issue happens when T/B MU is destroyed and there's no other targets to escort, so it completes its order. We should make an exception for the escort orders where it should attack the opposite IFF if its in the area.

Expected behaviour. If you are target capped then the escorts cannot target you and when their escorted FG is destroyed they will move to flying home.
