Inconsistent result when throttling back sharply

Issue #19 resolved
J. King created an issue

With my Thrustmaster T-Flightstick X, speed is set inconsistently when throttling down quickly to zero: the set speed can vary anywhere from 0 to 50 (rarely zero). Throttling down gradually produces the expected reduction in speed all the way down, and throttling -up- quickly consistently delivers full speed.

I have the same problem with the CH Pro Throttle, I didn't have time to test and reproduce it until now but it seems the problem is more or less the same only not completely consistent. Slamming the throttle down as fast as I can ends up not hitting full stop about two thirds of the times.

Reproduced in current build with throttle slider on Thrustmaster T1600M. Setting maximum throttle can be difficult and ends up only around 95%, until doing careful adjustments back and forth to increase the setting.

Yep, I did a recalibration of the slider, and tried adding a deadzone value, but quick movements still seem to cause problems. I'll need to do some further testing in some other games to do a behaviour comparison for those cases.

I think the problem might be in a special handling code we set up for the previous input system. I will experiment removing it and you guys can test in the next build.
