[AI] T1M5: Y-Wings ram freighters

For some reason, Y-Wing Blue keeps colliding with the Freighters when attacking them in Tour 1 Mission 5.

This issue still occurs in build 171192-2

I'm checking the mission and it looks like Y-W Blue has the Rookie rank. I don't think rookies were too suicidal in the original, just slower thinkers. Is there additional code that intentionally makes them crash into targets?

I've confirmed that this no longer happens with the recent AI changes.
