Music overlapping when reset game

This is for sure a minor issue. In the middle of a battle I use ESC to activate the setting menu, the I choose Installation Setting. In the following X-Wing Installation Setting windows I choose Start Game. The game reset to beging but Battle music doesn't fade until the mission screen selection. It's playng even under the Star Wars Theme.
