[Audio] No sound when selecting torpedoes

When selecting torpedoes, or changing the firing mode for torpedoes, there is no sound effect (unlike with lasers and ions).

Steps to reproduce:

• Start the game and select any mission

• Change weapons from lasers to ions - sound plays.

• Change firing mode for ions - sound plays.

• Change weapons from ions to torps - no sound.

• Change firing mode for torps - no sound.

• Change weapons from torps to lasers - sound plays.
