Slower turning with less throttle

XWVM seems to slow the turning of ships when turning at 1/3 or 2/3 throttle. This doesn't happen in the original as it doesn't decrease but it doesn't increase either with lower throttle.

XWVM doesn't apply any modifier to turning speed based on speed or throttle. I just tested, in case some other effect could be causing that: An x-wing takes just above 7 seconds to perform a 360 degree pitch turn both at 0 speed, 100 speed and 150 speed. But also at 33%, 66%, and 100% throttle.

I probably should have waited until the next build with the modified pitch/yaw values. It was just something on my mind at the time.
