CMD Chirp When Exiting Cockpit-less Mode

When exiting the cockpit-less view ('.' key), the CMD chirps like you've selected a new target, although the target in the CMD stays constant.

I've verified that this does not occur in the DOS version.

Verified this issue still exists in the current build. Noticed it while flying A-Wing in TOD IV M1.

@StarfuryTH Does this issue still occur for you? I tried on the latest build and it didn't seem to beep. Do you have any other functions (e.g. slow throttle) bound to the same key?

Confirmed, no more beep when switching in and out of cockpit mode. This issue can be closed.
