Suggestion - End-to-end controller-only input option

Another way to put this suggestion is to allow for couch gaming - i.e. being able to navigate end-to-end in the game, from launch to exit, using only the controller.

To achieve this, I would suggest the following:

• Add an option to allow the joystick to control the mouse cursor in menus

• Add a mapping option for the main menu button - and default to Start on X360 controllers / XInput.

This will need to be dealt with along with the rest of the input system replacement. Even when it's not clear that X-wing can be played on a couch without a keyboard, the UI should be perfectly navigable without having to go back to the mouse, at least.
