[Gameplay] TOD4 M5: Transporters leave hangar before they land

Raffaello Grani created an issue

In Mission 5 of Tour of Duty 4, the evacuation transports leave the Anvil's hangar before they land there (0:37 and 3:31). My guess is that some sort of condition check is buggy or missing.
