CMD display - round floats up to highest int (math.ceil)

Math.ceil() should be applied to any displayed craft values (Shields, Hull, System) to replicate original X-Wing behaviour. This will also avoid any scenarios where craft are reported to have 0% hull but are still active. (This behaviour is still present as of build 171206).
