Unshielded craft still show 100% shield level in shield instrument when being piloted

David Esparza Guerrero created an issue

Unshielded ships like TIE Fighters, TIE Bombers and TIE Interceptors, when piloted by the player, show 100% shield level in the shield display instrument, even when they actually have just 0 shields.
