T1M9: Briefing is weird

The briefing for T1M9 (SULLUST) consists of a single line. In X-Wing the line is printed (and voiced) once and remains on-screen indefinitely, with the highlights cycling seamlessly. Many differences can be observed with XWVM:

1. Because of the "Listen up" and "Man your starfighters" lines, the briefing text does not remain on-screen
2. Despite not remaining on-screen, the line is not voiced in subsequent loops
3. The line briefly disappears before being printed a second time during each loop
