Turret target priority
Issue #353

- Starships draw aggro and turrets will maintain target until said starship is destroyed or out of range (even if there is a second one, it targets the closest one first)
- Turrets attack the closest valid target to itself, does not take Pri/Sec in mind for priority
- No switching of targets unless target is destroyed or moves out of range (or if a starship moves into range)
- There is no concept of aggro in X-Wing.

Ai and turret rework should have encapsulated this. Turrets do re-evaluate their targets each 'think'.
