Build 20180508 will allow two instances to run
After having not tested for a while, I ran xwvm today and updated using XWVM_prealpha_20180508.exe . Since my computer's a bit slow to start up due to having spindles, I got a little click happy and was able to start two xwvm.exe instances. I only heard sound from one, but video was running in both. Perhaps a process check is needed to ensure only one instance is running?

reporter I found it confusing for a moment when the audio wasn't lining up with the intro, as I was receiving audio from one instance but video from another. Ultimately I assume it would be a resource consumption issue; disk I/O for resources, GPU for rendering, and maybe memory. Although being able to run multiple instances on multiple monitors with multiple keyboards and joysticks on a single computer would be an interesting idea...

I guess it could confuse users that double click the game icon to launch it. But at the same time I think it could be a useful thing to have while debugging stuff like network play. I will not fix this for the moment.
But thanks for the report.

Hi. Do you think there is a good reason why only one instance should run?
