[Input] A-, E- and R-keys can target exploding ships

When attempting to target the closest attacker (A- and E-keys) or the closest enemy (R-key), it can happen that you target a ship in process of exploding.

How to reproduce: -Play any escort mission like T3M3 -Destroy the closest bombers attacking the escortee -Target escortee and press the A-key
