There should be no beep when trying to transfer shield or laser energy to a full pool

In the original X-wing (floppy and CD-ROM) if you attempt to transfer energy from shields to lasers while the laser pool was full, or conversely energy from lasers to shields while the shields were full, or if either one of the systems was damaged, there would be no beep.
