TOD2M5 incorrect behavior of x-wing flight group blue

Once Maximus arrives and launches X-wing blue (4 x-wings) they should patrol the area.

What happens in XWVM is that they return to hanger, then launch again, then return to hanger, then launch again, and this behavior continues to cycle.

Blue is supposed to attack fighters. Were there any fighters still in the area at the time?

There were no fighters in the area.

The patrol behavior is what I observed in the original.
