TOD3M4 Impossible to fail - tie bomber torpedo amount issue

The mission is designed so two different groups of bombers, Delta and Alpha, fire a metric ton of torpedoes at the Defiance from max range. In XWVM they fire very few torpedoes by comparison.

TOD5M12 - Transports fire too MANY torpedoes. While literally the opposite problem, I will hazard a guess that they are related, and that further torpedo behavior research is needed.
