Docking order wrong in TOD1M4

Probably introduced with the docking order fix for TOD3M10.

The issue is as follows:

In original X-wing, the Three shuttles Medivac dock with the Redemption, one after another, and then the Corvette Korolev docks.

In XWVM in build 180808 - The first shuttle docks, then the corvette, then shuttles 2 and 3.

As of 19/10/2019 the bug has returned after a bugfix for T5M14a regarding attack slotting order.
