AI - Attack Freighters (And CRV) attack order issue

Observed in TOD5M5

Y-wing attacks CRVs before attacking CONs while in X-wing 94 Y-wing attacks CONs and then CRVs.

Could be order behavior issue, OR, it could be that it attacks based on mission craft order.
