Friendly craft vanish after getting Shift+H and Shift+E

I was playing T4M12B Corvette Alley, all corvettes were dead, I think Y-wings were hypering out but gunboats started to crush them so I was instrucing them to evade and they just disappeared.

They rogered the command, log screen did not indicate they hypered out.
