Just wanted to know what is the difference between Original Difficulty and Unbalanced Difficulty?

I assume you mean Original and Rebalanced?

Compared to the original 1993 release of the game, when the Collector's CD edition was released in 1994, LucasArts rebalanced some of the missions to address what they felt were flaws in the original missions, these were called the "new missions" and selectable in the game's pause menu, alongside the missions as they had previously appeared. XWVM allows you to select from either, depending on which version of the game you have installed.
