Graphical Enhancement for Hyperspace effect (To match films)

Ideally the hyperspace effect should closely as possible resemble the films. Attached is an image for comparison.
Notes: * The streaks should be uniformly blue, with the difference in brightness due to streaks overlaying each other.

the streaks should be of equal thickness, and not as thick as they currently are.

the streaks should not appear to have a 3d positional location (they are infinitely distant, not have some streaks close to the player and some distant.)

when densely populated, the streaks should be so bright they fill the frame with bright white/blue light.
