[Gameplay] Game over screen

After being destroyed, entering hyperspace or quitting the mission by pressing "Q", a game over-screen could appear, prompting the player to restart the mission, select another, or quit the game. This would be temporarily until the debriefing screen/room is ready.

I have had such a screen like since forever, but I have never found the time to actually enable it :D
