Control Bind Boxes Disappear When Clicked

Clicking on a control box to bind/unbind it causes that box to disappear from the list. The text (if any) is still shown, and the area where the box would be is still clickable, but the box itself is not visible until you click a different box or exit the control bind screen and come back.
