Pause + Options menu control lockout

Preforming this sequence causes flight controls to be locked out:

1. Pause game (P)
2. Enter options (ESC)
3. Press SAVE AND CLOSE to exit options menu

The game will now be unpaused, but controls are disabled.

To re-engage controls, pausing and unpausing - (P then P) releases the controls.
