missiles problems

MajorParts created an issue

Missile can’t be hit unless one has been targeted. Subsequent missiles do not get assigned the correct layer. “Space to target” doesn’t always work.

TOD3M5 is a good test scenario. GUNs will launch a few missiles straight at you at the start.
