Remap menu becomes inaccessible when backing out of the middle of mapping

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on any mapping

2. When it asks to press a key or button, press escape

3. Remap menu is now borked

Pushed fix for this issue by now ignoring Esc key commands when specifically in the control mapper, which prevents the user backing out from the mapping operation until it completes. If the user wants to cancel the operation, they will need to wait for the timeout to complete. This issue may be more elgantly solved in the future with a custom control mapper.
