Blazing .Firestorm created an issue 2023-10-01

when you start the mission CRV KATO start firing at ether FRT REPAIR DOCK or the Mines REPAIR DOCK I check and this doesn’t happen in the 98 version

after checking this to the 94 version the behaviour is consistent to the 94 version of this mission so this is not a bug
