Concource Announcer volume not controllable by voice volume slider

The volume of the concourse announcer’s voice (“Boarding Gate 1/2” and “Shuttle departing”) cannot be be lowered or raised by the voice volume slider in the audio settings.

The attached MP3 file shows the voice’s volume (English and German) compared to the music and the registry droid’s voice. In the second part, I lowered voice volume twice and the announcer’s volume stayed the same.
