Delayed response with Saitek X52 Pro joystick

While using the above HOTAS (Windows 10 x64, latest Logitech drivers), there is a very distinct input lag on buttons and analog axis, regardless of deadzone settings.

This was tested with and without a profile active, and as a counter-check was immediately tested again (with no reboot) on the original X-Wing, DOS and Win95, were it responds immediately as usual.

Note that, on the same machine, a Xbox One controller does not show the above issue, response times are fine
