Launch cutscene music intruding on flight music
Originally the launch cutscene's music stopped as soon as the hyperspace sequence (or controlled flight, if not coming from hyperspace) began. In the current build the cutscene music continues during the loading screen, and also bleeds into flight.
Since there's no transition between the launch music and the flight music, it's more than a little jarring to switch mid-flight, but it's also nice to have a rousing theme play as you exit hyperspace. Perhaps once the full hyperspace sequence is implemented it might be interesting to see how well it fits, if it's cut off once controlled flight begins.

Currently the launch cutscene music is a single chunk of audio that is much much longer than the cutscene itself.
This was intentional in the original game becase different "shots" in cutscenes could take several seconds to load in the old computers of 1993, so the music filled up the loading times.
We need to chop it down to smaller chunks so that it's more granular and allows for a seamless stop and transition to the mission music when the hyperspace sequence is playing.
