(T/F) B6M3 - "B-W RED: Any must be boarded" condition not true after capture

When playing B6M3, B-W RED 2 was captured by HLF U-3F14 (changed faction etc), and was then taken to hangar, but the secondary goal still showed as incomplete.

it’s possible the issue is that it doesn’t consider the order pick up/ bag as a boarding order
