[MIDI] HALMARCH "Imperial March" variant not playing when mouse is hovering over tourdesk or ToD Gate

When hovering the mouse over the tourdesk or tour of duty gate, the “Imperial March” variant of the MIDI HALMARCH isn’t playing.

(Also the tune playing on the maze gate may be too quiet.)

This is expected behaviour when ToD gate is closed. Instrument volume being too quiet is an issue with the SoundFont or the original MIDI file - not sure there's a lot we can with that.

Respectfully I don’t think you understand.
The Imperial March variant also isn’t playing when the ToD gate is open.
