[MIDI] ToD4 Cutscene 1 music isn't skipping to the right part

In the original, ToD4 Cutscene one skips from the beginning of the MIDI HANGAR to a different one when switching to the space scene. Right now the MIDI version in XWVM just keeps playing HANGAR uninterrupted.
