[MIDI] ToD4 Cutscene 4 final notes are not transposed

In the original game and the reorchestrated music, the final notes of the track RUNS are transposed to a lower scale in ToD4 Cutscene 4.
This isn’t currently the case with XWVM’s MIDI version.
